Soy sauce Steam Pork (Bak Cho)
Here's my Grandma style steam pork... I love this food since I was baby, you should try it out too and you'll fall in love with this dish ^^... It's very simple and I'm sure everyone can make it .. and the fun of it is~~~~ It's 30 mins dish and than you can continue whatever you do after that Hehe... Well have fun~
Minced pork about 1/2 lb
1 spoon minced garlic
Soy sauce
Chicken stock
tapioca powder

aaa tim tong caaaii.. my mother likes to cook this dish too, but without the soy sauce. mine has clear chicken stock :) yummeeeeyy!! top
