Agar2 Tofu Dessert

Here's another dessert which is one of my all time favorite. I call it Agar2 tofu because it's looks like tofu but made of agar2 . I learned this from my mom. It's very easy to make yet delicious and refreshing.

Agar2 Tofu dessert
1 Package Agar2 powder (Swallow Globe Brand)
1 Can of evaporated milk (Carnation)
3 cups of water
120 gram of sugar
1-2 Cans of Longans (leng keng)

Mix milk and water (ratio 1:3) total up to 900 cc (about 4 cups).
add 1 package of agar2 powder and sugar.
Boil them together and put in container and wait until it cool down (you can save it in the fridge).
after couple hours, it's done ... ready to serve.. just cut it into square size than mix with longans and the juice.. add ice and tadahh~ You'll love it...
